Florence is a top turistic destination and at the end of June it might be not easy to find accomodation.
Moreover, an important fashion exhibition will take place in the same days as the workshop, so early booking is absolutely necessary
All participants are strongly suggested to reserve their hotel as soon as possible.
Standard on line travel agency (like expedia.com, venere.com, opodo.com, lastminute.com to name a few) or sites like tripadvisor.com are probably the easiest way to find and reserve an accomodation.
