Registration instructions

We ask all participants to proceed to registration, even in the case they are going to pay their fees directly on site, either from 17:00 to 19:00 of June 25th , or during the workshop. Registration will allow us to organize at our best all the events, including the social events and will allow us to reserve the tickets required for the exhibition on Renaissance.

Please notice: due to the necessity of advance booking and to the limited ticket availability,
we cannot guarantee access to social events to participants who did not register on line before June 21, 2013

Before starting your registration you are invited to pay the registration fee. Payment can be accepted either via bank transfer or via credit card authorization (please click on one of these two options in order to get instructions).

If you belong to an Italian University, you may refer to the page devoted to registration for Italian Public Research Institutes

On line registration is now closed. A limited number of on site registrations will be available .

If you are a Phd Student and would like to be allowed to contribute the reduced fee, please prepare a pdf file with a copy an official statement from your institution to be submitted in the registration form

Extra ticket for workshop dinner: 60

We remind that the extra ticket for the workshop dinner just covers part of the live expenses for that event. Accompanying persons who wish to participate also to the cocktail, the Renaissance exhibition should register and are required to contribute the "Accompanying person" fee.

Regular and PhD students fees include access to all sessions, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, workshop dinner and the visit to the exhibition.

Lunches are not included in the registration fee (see the Info page).

Important notice: EUROPT2013 organization will not be able to issue any kind of invoice to registered participants. Only a formal receipt will be produced

Cancellation Policy and Refund

Cancellations, if any, must be provided in writing at europt2013@gmail.com according to the following rules:
Up to May 10, 2013: refund of 60% of the amount paid
After May 10, 2013: no refund
Refunds will be handled within 30 days after the Workshop.
